Proposed Fayetteville STR Regulations Advance to City Council for Review

As of November 9, 2020, Fayetteville, AR’s city planning commission has announced its plan to advance their proposed short-term rental regulations to officials at the December 1, 2020 upcoming city council meeting.

As of July 2019, the staff of the city of Fayetteville have been advised by the City Council to undergo studies about its town’s short-term rentals for their consideration. Since then, there have been several public meetings addressing these issues and working to come to a resolve. The history of these meetings and the meeting notes can be seen here.
